  • Input service distributors
  • Persons who are required to deduct TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)
  • Persons who supply goods and services on behalf of other registered taxable persons as an aggregator
  • Persons who supply online information and database access or retrieval services from outside India to persons in India

Documents required for GST registration in Uttarpradesh:-

The following documents are required for GST registration:

  • PAN card
  • Aadhaar card
  • Photographs
  • Proof of business registration
  • Proof of business address
  • Bank account details
  • Authorization letter (in case of partnership or LLP)

 

GST Registration Process:

The GST registration process can be completed online through the GST portal. Here are the steps involved:

  • Visit the GST portal – https://www.gst.gov.in/
  • Click on ‘Register Now’ under the ‘Taxpayers (Normal)’ tab.
  • Fill in the required details in Part A of the application form and submit it.
  • You will receive an OTP (One Time Password) on your registered mobile number and email ID. Enter the OTP to proceed to Part B of the application form.
  • Fill in the details required in Part B of the application form and upload the required documents.
  • Submit the application form using DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) or EVC (Electronic Verification Code).
  • Once the application is submitted, you will receive an Application Reference Number (ARN) on your registered mobile number and email ID.
  • The application will be processed by the GST department and a GST registration certificate will be issued.
  1. GST Registration Fees:

There is no fee for GST registration.

GST registration is mandatory for all businesses engaged in the supply of goods and services in India, with some exceptions. The process can be completed online through the GST portal, and the required documents must be submitted along with the application form.
